We stayed overnight in Selcuk at the very affordable (35 lira) Hotel Paris, highly convenient to the bus station (one block, through the market square behind the bus station) in a comfortable room with TV and a little balcony that I could sit on (quietly) in the morning while Kate continued with her beauty sleep. Highly recommended.

Kitchy pink decor, pool, internet and (like most places in Pammukkele, it seemed), wifi internet access from our room. Also, the staff were always on hand to sell us bus and tour tickets, even Turkish carpets hand woven by a struggling local co-operative. Hmmm.

There was a nice roof terrace and our first Turkish hotel breakfast was quite tasty

the very friendly and thoughful owners made our stay very pleasant, and the location, away from the cruise ships in a quieter part of rhodes old town, was ideal.
