peak physical fitness
Day -15: Our attention is fast turning to the first leg of our trip - seven days in Norway with brother Tim. We’re not entirely sure what Tim has in store for us but if it involves consecutive days of hiking through rugged mountain ranges, it may be one of the most physically challenging parts of the trip.
As we go about the task of wrapping things up at our respective workplaces, it is fair to say that Kate and I have lapsed from our usual state of peak physical fitness. We’re not exactly ripped and ready to rumble. It might be time for one or two gentle evening jogs so that the first few days don’t come as too much of a shock.

I promise that you can rest when you get to London! Unless you want to climb the tower at St Paul’s Cathedral, in which case I’ll see you at the pub when you’re done.

Thanks jLo. Nothing exhausting planned for London. Possibly a visit to the Houses of Parliament but that is unlikely to get us into a sweat!
